Payment
Tickets can be paid for with cash, cheque (made payable to Theatre by the Lake) National theatre tokens, credit or debit card, except American Express or Diners Cards.
Discounts
Discounts are available for most events if you are under-16 or in full-time education, over 60 and in retirement, registered unwaged or booking groups of 10 or more tickets for a single performance at one time. Only one discount per ticket.
Postage
All tickets will be sent by first class post for a charge of 70p, except those booked seven days or fewer before the performance, which will be held at Box Office for collection.
Reserved tickets:
Reserved tickets not paid for within five days or no later than one hour before the performance, whichever is the sooner, will be released.
Refunds and exchanges
If you inform us up to 48 hours before the performance we will be happy to exchange your tickets, or hold a credit for you against a future booking. A fee of £1 per ticket will be charged for this service (limited to a maximum of £10 for group bookings). We regret that we are unable to give refunds unless the performance is cancelled and we are unable to offer a substitute event.
